With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, these new beauties from Bobbi couldn’t have come at a better time! Last year, I fell in love with her Crushed Color Lip Colors and they even made it to my . This year, there’s a new member in the Crushed Color Family.
And she’s gorgeous!
The consistency of the liquid version of the crushed lip colors is basically a lipstick meet a balm meets a gloss (I know, I’m not very good at describing, lol.) They give a juicy sheen to the lips and I find them to be quite hydrating. Bobbi Brown’s Australian team kindly sent over 3 of the shades for me to try (from left to right) Give a Fig, Haute Cocoa and Hippy Shake.
These are such a fun new addition to Bobbi’s lip collection. I love that they have such a creamy texture rather than the super dry formulas that have been so popular in the recent years.
You can certainly achieve a full coverage look with these but my favorite way to wear is to brush on a bit and then blot with my finger until it gives that barely there, stain like look. I wore “Give a Fig” this weekend and used that method and it was incredibly flattering. 
I’d say that these have pretty good staying power but (as with any lip product) you will have to reapply after lunch : )
I’m excited to see what other fun new launches will be making their debut in 2019. These beauties from Bobbi are definitely a win!
